Signalization of Bacon Street and Rt. 135

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6122-2124, in line 38, by inserting after “established by the department” the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for signalization and other associated costs of the Bacon Street and Route 135 intersection in the Town of Wellesley”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$300,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$300,300,000”.
