Manchester-by-the-Sea Reconstruction and Repavement

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended by the reconstruction and repavement of Route 127 in the Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea.”
