Advance the Design and Reconstruction of the Rotary at Rte. 99 and Rte. 16 in the City of Everett

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after the word "projects" the following:-

;provided further, that $10M shall be expended for the design and reconstruction of the rotary at Rte. 99 and Rte. 16, also known as Sweetser Circle, in the city of Everett.
