Clarifying Luxury Ride

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 17, in line 432, by inserting after the word “vehicle” the following:- provided that luxury ride shall not include transportation network services where the rider is charged the same fare as what would have been charged for a non-luxury ride.
