Amendment to Relative to the Effective Date for Rolling Stock

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by striking section 30 and inserting the following two sections in place thereof:- SECTION XX. Sections 10, 11, 13, and 14 shall take effect on July 1, 2021

SECTION XX. Section 21 shall take effect on January 1, 2022.”
