Exempt Zero Emission Vehicles from the Per Ride Assessment

Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the bill in section 20, in line 462, by inserting after "$1.00;" the following: " and (iii) a prearranged ride provided in a zero-emission vehicle shall have no per-ride assessment;"
