Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 25 (a), in line 630, by striking out the words “9” and inserting in place thereof the words “10,” and in section 25 (a), in line 636, by inserting after the word “pricing;” the words “1 of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientists;”.
