Amendment #54 to H4508

Excise Tax

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 3 by inserting after “registered pursuant to chapter 90” on line 30, the following:

ADD “with the exception of vehicles defined within section 32J of chapter 90.”

AND

Section 12 of House Bill 4285, an Act relative to transportation finance is hereby amended by inserting after “as defined in section 32E½ of chapter” on line 306, the following:

ADD “with the exception of vehicles defined within section 32J of chapter 90.”

AND

Section 15 of House Bill 4285, an Act relative to transportation finance is hereby amended by inserting after “as defined in section 32E½ of chapter” on line 316, the following:

ADD “with the exception of vehicles defined within section 32J of chapter 90.”
