And in said section 20, but striking in section 13(a)(i) at lines 522-524, the following:-

whether the pre-arranged ride accommodated a rider with special needs and, if so, whether the ride was provided by a wheelchair accessible vehicle;

And in said section 20, by striking in section 13(a)(13) at lines 528 the following: -

the total number of riders in the vehicle;

And in said section 20, by striking subsection (a)(iv) of section 13 in lines 564-569;

And in said section 20, inserting after the word “residence” in subsection (a)(5) of section 13, in line 520, the following:-  listed on the driver’s license;

And in said section 20, by striking out in section 13 subsection (a)(7), in line 521-522.

And in said section 20, by striking out the word “premium” in lines 531, 533 and 562.
