Representatives Cronin of Easton and Cassidy of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 20, in line 473, by striking out the figures: "25" and inserting in place thereof the figures: "20",  in line 479, by striking out the word "and",  in line 480, by striking out the word ".", the thirty-second time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following: "; and (iv) distribute 5 per cent to gateway municipalities, as defined in section 3A of chapter 23A, for transportation needs.",  in line 488, by striking out the word "and", the second time it appears,  in line 489, by striking out the figures: "50" and inserting in place thereof the figures: "45", and in line 490, by striking out the word ".", the eleventh time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following: ": and (iii) distribute 5 per cent to gateway municipalities, as defined in section 3A of chapter 23A, for transportation needs.".
