Scope and Makeup of the Commission on Roadway Pricing

Mrs. Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the bill in section 25, by striking out, in line 630, the figure “9” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 11.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 25 by striking out, in line 631, the figure “8” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 10.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 25 by inserting, in line 637, after the words “community;” the following words:- 1 of whom shall be a representative of the metropolitan area planning council; 1 of whom shall be a representative of a Massachusetts regional planning agency that is not the metropolitan area planning council;
