Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 1 by striking, in line 9, the figure “$10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $12,000,000.

And moves to further amend the bill in section 21A, as inserted by amendment 18, by striking out the words “and 1 person to be appointed by the mayor of the city of Boston” and inserting in place thereof the following:- and 1 person to be appointed by the mayor of the city of Boston, with the approval of the city council, by a majority vote.
