Retail Sales of Marijuana Establishments

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no emergency order issued by the governor pursuant to Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1950 and Section 2A of Chapter 17, or by an order of the commissioner of public health made pursuant to Section 2A of Chapter 17 shall prohibit retail marijuana establishments licensed pursuant to chapter 94G from remaining open and operational to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers in the same manner in which package stores licensed pursuant to section 15 of chapter 138 may otherwise sell to consumers pursuant to such order.
