ADA accessibility for Fitchburg Police Department

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 1107-2410, in line 188, by inserting after the word “residents” the following:-

; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility requirements for the city of Fitchburg Police Department.
