Amendment #101 to H4708

Buttonwood Park Zoo Infrastructure Improvements

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport, Straus of Mattapoisett, Markey of Dartmouth and Hendricks of New Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 1100-2512, in line 126, by inserting after the word “peace” the following:

“provided further that not less than $500,000 be directed to the City of New Bedford for Buttonwood Park Zoological Society’s infrastructure improvements for the Animal Ambassador and Nature Connection Education Center projects”

and

in section 2C, in item 1100-2512, in line 126, by striking out the number “$101,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the number “$101,500,000”
