Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 1100-2512 in line 126, by inserting after “peace” the following; “provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be allocated for IT equipment upgrades to Amesbury Public Schools in the City of Amesbury”
