Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury and Gordon of Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 8324-2019, in line 200, by inserting after “vehicles” the following; “provided further that not less than $18,000 shall be expended to purchase vehicle-mounted computers for Wilmington Fire Department"
