Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1790-3007, in line 41, by inserting after the word “item” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 be provided to the Town of Natick for upgrades to the water/sewer Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system”
