Winchester Emergency Communication Infrastructure

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2D, in item 8000-0703 in line 214, by inserting after the word “vehicles” the following:-

; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the modernization and upgrade of emergency communications systems in the Town of Winchester. .; and in said item, by striking out the figures “25,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “25,300,000”
