Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1790-3007 in line 40 by inserting after the words “without further appropriation,” the words “provided further that not less than $200,00 shall be provided to the Town of Leicester to support the creation and deployment of a WIFI access system to all Leicester public housing complexes"
