Wifi for Amherst Municipal Parking Lots

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2C in line item 1100-2512, line 126 by inserting after “peace” the following, “provided further that not less than $15,000 shall be expended by the town of Amherst to connect underserved residents to wi-fi internet access by expanding wi-fi internet access to key municipal parking lots near Town and School buildings."
