Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 1100-2512 by inserting after “peace” the following; “provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for equipment and software upgrades for the advancement of online services and web accessibility in the town of Bedford”
