Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2C in line item 1100-2512, line 126 by inserting after “peace” the following, “provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended by the town of Amherst to facilitate the acquisition of IT equipment for disaster preparation and contingency preparedness.”
