Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2C in line item 1100-2512, line 126 by inserting after “peace” the following, “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended by the town of Amherst to acquire a point of sale system for key Town departments that interface with Town residents, enhancing compliance and efficiency.”
