Representatives Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1790-3006, by adding the following; “; provided that not less than $467,000 shall be expended for information technology upgrades, including but not limited to firewall enhancements, expanded access point coverage including for remote learning and working, and an online permitting system”
