ADA Improvements

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2C, item 1107-2410, in line 181, by inserting after "provided" the words "not less than $450,000 for the completion of handicap accessibility improvements to municipally owned buildings in the town of West Springfield".
