Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 1790-3008, in line 52, by inserting after the word "colleges;" the words "provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be provided to the town of Medfield for the implementation of server upgrades to improve the town of Medfield's cybersecurity;"
