Communications Antenna for North Andover

Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 8324-2019, in line 200, by inserting after the word “vehicles” the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for the Town of North Andover to purchase and install a bi-directional amplifier (BDA) antenna, which will ensure that the North Andover Fire Department and other first responder personnel have adequate signal strength for radio communication across the town.”
