Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1790-3008, by inserting after the word "item" in line 56 the following: "provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 be directed to the Town of Pembroke for remote learning, online municipal permitting, cybersecurity and other information technology improvements.".
