Amendment #12 to H4768

Early and Absentee Ballot Counting

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

Section XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, an absentee or early voting ballot received by the city or town clerk prior to the primary or general election may be counted upon receipt.
