Amendment #18 to H4768

Poll Books

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX. Not later than July 15, 2020, the state secretary shall (a) promulgate regulations for electronic poll books required by section 33I of chapter 54 of the General Laws; and (b) certify one or more types of electronic poll books in time to be used in the 2020 state primary and the general elections, and all future elections, under said section 33I of said chapter 54.
