Early Voting for All Local Elections

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 18 the following section:-

“SECTION 19. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the provisions of this act relating to early voting shall apply to any election held on or before December 31, 2020, including, but not limited to, a general or special town or city election, even if that election does not coincide with the Primary election or the General election, as defined in Section 6(a).”.
