Ballot Postmark Deadline

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 6, in line 116, by inserting after the word “election”, the second time it appears, the following words:- ; provided, however, that an early voting ballot cast for the general election that is returned by mail and postmarked not later than November 3, 2020 shall be received by the city or town clerk by 5 P.M. on Friday, November 6, 2020.
