Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION X. Section 78 of chapter 142 of the Act of 2019 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “right of way” the following:-

“provided further that such funds shall be available through June 30, 2021”
