Amendment #4 to H4802
Regional Tourism Councils
Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:
SECTION XXX. For fiscal year 2020 regional tourism councils shall not be subject to the following requirement of Section 14 of chapter 23 of the general laws: “the maximum received by a private nonprofit agency shall be no greater than the amount received by that agency from nongovernmental sources.”
