Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line-item 1599-1231 by inserting after the words, "hospitals and shelters," the following, "provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center to provide housing and eviction prevention services to those adversely impacted by the 2019 novel coronavirus pandemic."
