Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2A line item 1599-1231 by inserting in line 36 after the words “3000-3060 and 3000-4060;” the following: “provided further, that no less than $25,000 be expended by First Star and Pathways to provide for the purchase of books for children through a contract with Imagination Library due to the novel coronavirus creating a lack of access to libraries and the inability to safely share books in the classroom;”
