Everett Small Business Covid-19 Assistance

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill by inserting, in section 2A, in item 1599-1232, in line 216, after the word "item" the words provided " that no less than $100,000 be provided to the city of Everett to implement a grant program for small businesses (6-50) employees impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.  Preference shall be given to minority owned and women owned small businesses" and in said item by striking "$100,000,000" and inserting in place of "$100,100,000"
