Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-1231, in line 20, by inserting after the word “equipment”, the following:- ; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Town of Auburn for masks, sanitizer, other personal protection equipment and food distribution, COVID-19 education materials and programs within the community
