Technical Amendment

Ms. Lovely moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words “Essex County Juvenile Court” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “trial court of the commonwealth”; and

by striking out the emergency preamble and inserting in place thereof the following emergency preamble:-

“Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the trial court of the commonwealth, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.”
