Amendment #12 to H4841

Rates of Disproportionality

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 3 by inserting in line 25 after the words “siblings in placement;” the following:-

(H) rates of disproportionality including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation;

and further amends in section 3 by inserting in line 111 after the words “federal funds” the following:-

(viii) rates of disproportionality including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation;
