DA Referral Reporting

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 3, in lines 23 and 24, by striking out the following: “(D) reports filed pursuant to section 51A of chapter 119;” and inserting in place thereof the following: “(D) reports filed pursuant to section 51A of chapter 119 and referrals to district attorneys filed pursuant to section 51B subsection (k) of chapter 119”
