Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend amendment 22 by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 3 by striking out, in line 42, the word “and”.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 3 by inserting after the word “improvement”, in line 45, the following words:- ; and (I) activities of the Central and Regional Youth Advisory Boards; demographic data; guiding principles and governance; methods of outreach to youth; the number of youth participating in each central and regional boards activities; any recommendations made by the boards relative to the department’s services, policies and practices, including any action the department has taken to address those recommendations.
