Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 15 (b) line 264 by inserting the words, "a representative from SEIU Local 509," after "or a designee."

And, further moves to amend the bill in Section 15 (c) line 296 by inserting the words, "a front-line social worker from a local DCF office," after "advocate."
