Foster parent hotline staffing and notification

Ms. Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill In section 20, line 429, by inserting after the words "maintain a" the word "staffed."

In section 20, line 430, by inserting after the word "closed." the following sentences: "The hotline number shall be communicated with foster parents. Should the hotline number be changed, foster parents shall be alerted to the new number within one month of the change.".
