Representatives Domb of Amherst and Blais of Sunderland move to amend the bill, as amended, Representative Domb of Amherst moves to amend the amendment by striking it out in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Representatives Domb of Amherst and Blais of Sunderland move to amend the bill in section 3 by striking out, in line 64, the figure “15” and inserting in place thereof the figure: 16

And further move to amend the bill in section 3, in line 78, by inserting after the word “Inc.” the following words: and 1 of whom shall be a microbiologist with expertise in zoonotic diseases whose transmission to humans is facilitated by insects and ticks.
