Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill, as amended, Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the amendment by striking it out in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 105-106, the words “and (ix) any other priority as determined by the task force.” and inserting in place thereof the following words: (x) identifying the challenges, including but not limited to financial barriers, facing municipalities in joining a regional mosquito control project or district; and (xi) any other priority as determined by the task force.
