Evaluating Town Challenges

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding at the end of subsection (d) of Section 3 the following:

The study will also evaluate the challenges, financial  and otherwise, a city or town faces in joining the mosquito control board.
