Amendment #7 to H4843

Municipal-State Cost Sharing

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

SECTION XX: When the land of a municipality is in need of being sprayed, and  at least 40% of the affected land is owned by the Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Department will share at least 40% of the spraying cost.
