Clarifying law enforcement agency eligibility

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 2, subsection (b), by deleting the following, "no commissioner shall have previously been employed as a law enforcement officer, previously been employed by a law enforcement agency or be a retired law enforcement officer or retired from a law enforcement agency." and adding in its place thereof the following "no commissioner shall have previously been employed as a law enforcement officer, previously been employed by a law enforcement agency in a law enforcement capacity, or be a retired law enforcement officer."
